 oduce telehealth concepts to MRC GEM volunteers interested in telehealth.
   We will provide an overview of how MRC GEM volunteers can leverage tele
 medicine before\, during\, and after a disaster\, as well as provide atten
 dees with hands-on experience\, using Department of Public Health-issued t
 elemedicine backpacks which include a laptop\, web camera\, and necessary 
 peripherals such as stethoscopes to connect patients back to providers\, i
